June 9, 2005 JACKSON, WY		Ramsey Kropf was a speaker at Dividing the Waters XI, a conference held in Jackson, Wyoming for Judges, Masters and Referees involved in western general stream adjudications and other complex water litigation. Kropf is a member of the conference planning group, and assisted the Honorable Wyoming Judge Gary P. Hartman in hosting the conference. Her panel topic addressed Lessons from Wyoming's Big Horn River Adjudication.

The speakers focused on the treatment of tribes as states under the Clean Water Act.
